Christine Aguirre Mikstas, MS, RDN, LD, Registered Dietitian
Christine develops menus for seniors, children and other clients that meet federal (USDA), state and local standards. All meals provide one-third of the Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA)/Adolescent Intake (AI) of nutrients for elderly clients and for children. Christine assists with nutrition and education programs and coordinates medical nutrition therapy and other programs that improve the lives of older adults and others in various stages of the lifecycle. Customer menu planning sessions led by Christine provide vital feedback for menu enhancements.
Christine received her Master of Science, Nutrition Coordinated Program from Georgia State University (2012-2015) and her Bachelor of Science, Nutrition Science from The University of Georgia (2008-2012).
